Ashley Thomas is the Managing Director of Member Outreach & Systems at the Recording Academy. She leads national strategies to recruit and engage music creators and professionals, oversees the Academy’s festival and conference partnerships, and manages the internal membership systems that power outreach and engagement efforts.
