In my role at BMI I oversaw the outreach and relationship management amongst the global songwriter and publishing communities as well as the performing rights societies.

I was responsible for discovering and engaging new talent as well as maintaining existing client relationships.

Some of my notable hit songwriter signings are Adele, Ed Sheeran, Spice, Mavado, Sade, Vybz Kartel, Ellie Goulding, Shaggy, Jay Kay as well as Daft Punk.

I regularly hosted Songwriter Workshops throughout the Caribbean in conjunction with BMI @ Abbey Road Studios in London.

I have participated as a keynote speaker and panelist at the Island Music Conference, Amsterdam Dance Event, Music Matters Asia, Caribbean Music Summit as well as the Winter Music Conference.

Born in Texas I was raised between England and Norway and currently an immigrant of Barbados.

I have a BA in Political Economy from Richmond American University in London and an MBA from Webster University.
