Cassidy Jordan Cann is a global music and culture executive, talent manager, and strategic
connector operating at the intersection of artists, brands, and live experiences. With over a
decade in the entertainment industry, Cassidy is currently the manager of Afrobeats superstar
Shallipopi, leading his international expansion, touring strategy, brand partnerships, and
cross-market positioning across Africa, Europe, and the United States.
Previously, Cassidy served as Director of Brand Partnerships at Def Jam Recordings, where
she worked closely with artists, labels, and global brands to develop high-impact campaigns
rooted in culture, authenticity, and long-term value. Her background in brand integration and
music marketing has made her a trusted bridge between creative talent and commercial
partners.
Cassidy has also led digital marketing initiatives for Groot Hospitality, one of the world’s leading
hospitality groups, supporting marquee brands under its umbrella including LIV Nightclub, Story
Nightclub, Komodo, Swan, Strawberry Moon, Papi Steak, and Gekko. Her work helped shape
culturally relevant storytelling and experiential marketing across nightlife, dining, and
entertainment.
In addition to artist management, Cassidy has served as tour manager for global DJ and
tastemaker Chantel Jeffries, overseeing international touring logistics, programming, and
