Natalie Prospere

Music Executive | Manager | Label & Publishing Founder | Cultural Architect
Natalie Prospere is a senior music executive and talent manager with nearly two decades of experience shaping culture at the highest levels of the global music industry. Known for pairing sharp creative instinct with disciplined execution, she has guided Grammy- and Oscar-winning artists, producers, and songwriters while building artist-first businesses that prioritize longevity, ownership, and creative integrity.
Natalie has managed and developed elite talent across genres, including D’Mile, Lucky Daye, Camper, Varren Wade, Al Sherrod “A-Rod” Lambert, John Kercy, and others—contributing to multiple Grammy wins, an Academy Award, chart-topping records, and billions of streams worldwide. Her work has played a role in landmark recordings such as Silk Sonic’s “Leave the Door Open” and H.E.R.’s “Fight For You,” projects that define modern R&B’s crossover moment.
In addition to management, Natalie is the co-founder and co-owner of Vanta Music, a label venture launched alongside D’Mile and Grammy-winning engineer John Kercy in partnership with Disney Music Group. Vanta was built to offer future-focused, equitable deals for artists whose work moves culture forward, and its roster reflects Natalie’s long-standing commitment to genre-fluid, globally minded creators.
She is also the founder of Friends Only Publishing, a songwriter- and producer-focused publishing company partnered with Kobalt Music Group, supporting a global roster with transparent deals, strategic sync placement, and long-term career development. Under Natalie’s leadership, Friends Only has become a trusted creative ecosystem bridging music, film, television, and brand partnerships.
Natalie serves as Album Producer for Volume 1: Born In Jamaica, a forthcoming compilation released through Disney Music Group. Developed from a Jamaica-based writing camp she convened in 2020, the project brings together reggae, dancehall, R&B, Afrobeats, and hip-hop artists to celebrate Jamaica’s outsized influence on global music—positioning the album as both a cultural statement and a strategic flagship for her broader creative platform.
Beyond recorded music, Natalie has facilitated high-profile creative placements across film, television, and gaming, including collaborations tied to Marvel, Star Wars, Hulu, and Disney. Her work consistently sits at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community—where creative vision meets structural power.
Through her management, label, publishing, and experiential ventures, Natalie Prospere has built a reputation as a decisive, artist-centered executive with the credibility to operate in boardrooms and studios alike. Her mission is clear: to empower creators, protect culture, and build systems that allow great music—and the people behind it—to endure.
