Tasha Thorbourne is an award-winning Music Executive, Artist Manager, and songwriter with over a decade of experience across talent management, digital marketing, music publishing and media.

She has collaborated with industry icons such as Grammy award winning producers Tricky Stewart, Dallas Austin, and Salaam Remi and has written songs for global superstars such as Jennifer Lopez, Christina Aguilera, Kelly Rowland, and Nicole Scherzinger.

She received the BMI Award for the Latin Song of the Year, “Follow the Leader” performed by Jennifer Lopez ft. Latin duo Wisin y Yandel. Thorbourne’s catalog has achieved Gold certification in the U.S. and has amassed over 500M+ YouTube views and 300M+ Spotify streams, and secured high-profile sync placements across network television and advertising campaigns such as Netflix, American Idol, The Voice, Zumba, Trace TV and Channel O Africa.

As a Talent Manager, she has led the global success of acts such as Brick & Lace, securing a Geffen/Inter-scope deal through Akon’s KonLive and driving the cult hit “Love Is Wicked” which charted in the top-10 European charts for 14 weeks and gained over 120M+ streams, as well as $500K+ in international touring revenue across Europe Africa and the Caribbean.

Her creative vision and business strategy has led her in Music Publishing at Warner Chappell Music in Toronto, Canada and later working in Broadcast Radio in Production, Marketing, and Hosting her own on Air program in Toronto, Canada.
