Victor Conradsson

Victor Conradsson has spent his career at the intersection of music and innovation, from the granular world of early-days downloads, to the global streaming scaling. After honing his love for metadata (sic) at Consolidated Independent for powerhouse labels like Matador, PIAS, Beggars and Domino, Victor became a founding member of Believe UK in 2010. There, he helped bridge the gap between the evolving digital landscape and legendary indie labels (such as Björk’s One Little Indian, Tru-Thoughts, Hospital Records and Brownswood).
Today, Victor feeds the collective intelligence of Tunecore’s and Believe’s 2,000-strong global workforce. As the pilot of the company’s Training department, he ensures that staff in over 50 countries—from emerging frontier markets to established hubs—have the skills to navigate the modern music industry.
Victor remains deeply embedded in the creative & DIY side of the industry as a festival organizer, podcast producer, and artist manager for Ryvage and Aufgang.
A frequent representative for the firm at industry events, Victor is dedicated to sharing insights that empower the wider music community.
