Helming from Brooklyn, NY, Dwight Lazarus is a dynamic marketer and creative with over 10 years of proven quantifiable success - leading and building reputable brands within entertainment. To date, he's been successful working for companies such as The Island Def Jam Music Group, Transaltion, Viacom, Alamo Records, and currently Spotify.

His professional music journey began at the Island Def Jam Music Group, in marketing - developing and working with acts such as JAY Z, Rihanna, Kanye West, Mariah Carey, Jeezy, and 2 Chainz to name a few. Following his time at the label, he forrayed into Strategy working at Translation. While there he built and aided in the development of music programs such as Budweiser's Made In America Music Festival, State Farm's Neighborhood Sessions, and Bud Light Music First 50/50:1. From there he transitioned to Viacom, where he led music integration across the portfolio of music networks (MTV, VH1, and LOGO), working with marquee brands such as McDonald's, Jaguar, Pepsi, and Mondaleze - helping them synthesize their objects through relatable and entertaining partnerships. After spending a few years at Viacom, Dwight pivoted back to music proper, taking on an executive partnership role at Alamo Records - an indie label founded by Todd Moscowitz and home to Rod Wave and Lil Durk. Today, Dwight is a Lead at Spotify on the Artist & Label Partnerships team, overseeing the Warner Music Group relationship for Spotify.
